Does Anyone Own A Modular Home ?

    Planning to buy a new home in VA.
    As of now would like to temporarily stay in US, maybe for 3 or 5 years depending on visa status.
    Currently staying in a rented apartment since 4 years !
    As of now, looking for a low budget individual ranch type home, came across the concept of modular homes.
    Would like to get some feedbacks on this .
