Does any body know how to make JUNNU?

I inquired about this ready made Junnu during a recent trip to India and it seems that it is now banned in Andhra Pradesh due to Health reasons.
I fully dont know about the reasons but for all the good reasons, discard any old packets that you might have.
I ate this long time back , but without knowing the consequences, of course I am doing well.

For making Junnu first you need colostrum milk of Buffalo or cows (A first 3 days milk of cow or buffalo after it give birth). Keep that in steel utensil start boiling add Jaggery and cardamom powder. Slowly it get solidify. Once solidify remove utensil and keep for cooling.
