Hi, they call it as seempal in tamil, which we get from the cow/buffalo which has jus delievered.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm YUMMY!talking about this sweet make me want to eat it. nothing beats the taste of junnu made with the first milk of cow.any way to satisfy myself i am going to try the milkmaid variation.thanks for posting the reciepe and picture

First milk we get frm cows or buffalos milk is used for making junnu...and the Recepie which i know has already given by MRS.RV.......

i use evoperated milk instead of normal milk. 1 can of evoperated milk- add 3 large eggs, brown sugar(as your taste) and rest is same as above procedure. this is my favourite sweet and my friends always like it when i make junnu.
