do you want to fit into your old blouse in 10 days??????

    Hello Ladies

    Women tend to gain weight at the wrong places, i.e. arms, belly and hips.
    Many a time we discard our old blouses as we don't fit into them any more.

    Follow some simple stretch exercises and you will see how many will notice the change in less than 10 days.

    1. Stand straight with feet together, raise hands in front of your face,slowly stretch the hands in the opposite direction on to your sides,keeping the level. Slowly bring the hands back in front of your face. Do not bring the hands down. Repeat the exercise for10 times.

    2. Stand straight with feet together, hands at your sides. Rotate the right hand in a clock wise motion, keeping the left hand firm. Repeat the exercise for 10 times.

    3. Repeat the above exercise with the left hand, keeping the right hand firm for 10 times.

    4. Repeat the above exercises in the anti clock wise motion alternating the hands, keeping the other hand firm for 10 times..

    5. Stand straight with feet together, hands at your sides. Rotate both the hands at one time in the clock wise motion for 10 times.

    6. Repeat the above exercise in the anti clock wise motion for 10 times.

    7. Stand straight with feet together, hands at your sides, swing one arm in the front, the other arm to the back same time. Repeat the exercise for 10 times.

    Start the exercises with minimum of 10 on the first day, do not stop on the second day if your hands refuse to co-operate.

    Increase the count up to 25-30 gradually. One can go up to 50 count if you are determined to achieve the result fast.

    I'm sure you'll fit into your old blouses in less then 10 days.

    If you make heads turn to notice the change in you do not forget to reply back.

    So ladies go ahead with a positive mind, give a try. Make heads turn, you'll feel great.

    Thansk a ton for arm and thigh (ur seprate thread) exercises. I will surely start exercising from tomorrow. Arm exercise will help in shaping brests as well ?

    Planning to take a print out and sticking it on the wall...
    I ll see how much I can make it work...
