    Hello Ladies

    The hurried and stressful pace of our daily lives often leaves us with a low self esteem and confidence. Small failures, loved ones remarks, health disorders and stressful daily routine saps our self esteem.

    The world dose not stop for us. We have to keep pace with the time, our appointments, our duties and responsibilities.

    Pampering ourselves once in a while is very essential to keep our self confidence intact. It is very important for us to be sane to go ahead in life.

    Take that 'me time' for yourself.

    One of the best ways to pamper yourself is to take a hot bath, with your favorite essential oils in it, with your favorite music in the background. Pour a glass of your drink, read a book.

    Apply your favorite facial scrub to exfoliate your skin, apply a soothing and nourishing moisturizer.

    Do not cook at home order your favorite dish from outside. Since you are pampering yourself go in for rich food. Spoil yourself thoroughly.

    Order your favorite DVD, have a cooldrink and popocorns handy, enjoy the movie.

    Go out with your childhood friends for a cup of coffee or lunch, unwind yourself.

    Do window shopping with your friends or all by yourself.

    Take a walkman go for a long and leisure walk.

    Join meditation classes, yoga or dance classes.

    Go for a massage to rejuvenate your mind and body.

    Go for a different hair cut, change the colour of your nail polish, go for manicure and
    pedicure.

    For your stress just try some or any one of the tips to refresh yourself and feel good.

    I do indulge in most of your above mentioned stress relievers "with a lot of stress":biglaughWhen I put a face pack, I do the dish washer, and hope no body knocks at the door.

    That is the the mistake we all do. Next time when you apply face pack try reading a book or listen to your favorite music.

    Use that 'me - time' properly.
