@dora, You can check out Comm Deall run by dr. Prathiba Karanth...they have speech therapy, floor therapy, etc.

@Meghana (and others) check out Parentree - An Indian Parenting Community It has an excellent group-parents of autistic children-desi parents from around the world share info and reviews of different services.

One word of caution-some therapeutic measures discussed in that group aren't supported by research...insurance companies won't cover those. These are fairly expensive procedures...if you are interested do get second and third opinions about their efficacy before you shell money out of your pocket. When some parents talk about how wonderful it is for their child, remember-the intensity of need may be different. So what works for one child may not work for another. All said and done, the parents are great at supporting one another.
