Do We need to include Spouse Name in Last page of passport when coming in H1 B Visa?

    Hi,
    We have not added our spouse name in our passport. Since we need to request a reissue of passport again, we didnt do it till now. Is it mandatory to have spouse name column filled in the last page of passport after marriage. Would marriage certificate if shown during visa stampinf not suffice wither for H1 B or H4? :coffee

    Its not manidatory..providing marraige certificate is sufficient.We di d like this and stamping is done :)

    Marriage certificate is more than enough,there is no need to add spouse name in PP
