Hi! i see these days females from well to do families, who really don't need money, go & join posts which are really needed by somebody else. For them it's just a time pass thing. When there is so much unemployment, why these females go looking for job when they really don't need it. They have nothing to do at home so they do this, this is their explanation. do u all think this is justified.

Hi madhuri,

Most of such women you are talking about must be qualified to do the job they are doing.A recruiter is not concerned if the candidate really needs a job or not.A company will hire a person based on their requirement and how well the person is matched to the job. So it really does not matter if the person is from a well to do family or not.
Unemployment has more to do with the job demands and to some extent the skill set of an individual.
A person with 75% in instrumentation engineering or say civil engineering might not find a job, but at the same time a person with ECE or computer science with 65% might end up in a top notch IT company.

If you ask me, any person doing a job, does it because he or she needs it....be it a financial need or an emotional need.
