    June 1st - 3 .7 miles
    June 2nd - 4 .5 miles
    June 3rd - 3 miles
    June 4th - 3 miles
    June 5th - 3 miles
    June 6th - 3 miles
    June 7th - 3 miles
    June 8th - 4 miles
    June 9th - 5 miles
    June 10th - 1 mile treadmill + 0.43 elliptical (0.6 miles) + 2.5 miles walk at work = 4 miles

    64 miles to go !!

    My dear friends and partners in this challege,

    Hope all of you are enjoying this challenge.

    Today is June 10th and at the end of the day 1/3 of June is done. We should have completed 33 miles with 67 remaining. Lots of our friends have gotten a very good start and have completed 1/3 of the challenge.

    But some of us (INCLUDING MYSELF) have not done it. But that is ok as we still have 2/3s June left to catch up. Let is make an honest attempt.......even if we did less than 100 miles at the end of June we will still be winners by being part of the challenge and trying to complete the challenge.

    dear... My aim to particiate was to motivate myself..and i cannot overdo and hurt myself....for me it gets difficults with lo to do... I have to do it whenever he sleeps.. I am not sure whether i will touch 100 miles... But am sure that am burning more than 100 cals everyday... Which keeps me going towards my goal... Thanks for being a good motivator...

    Special days are gonna start... Suffering from pms today... So did not workout...have back pain since evening...

    Dont even worry, as I mentioned above, all of us are winners for bring part of the challenge. You are doing great. Just come back after your special days. With 2 small kids, I am sure you are doing enough running around behind them.

    My update for June

    June 1: 7 miles (120 mins treadmill = 842 calories)
    June 2: 8 miles (90 mins treadmill + 30 mins cycling)
    June 3: 6 miles (75 miles treadmill + 25 mins cycling)
    June 4: 6 miles (68 mins treadmill 6.4 km, 481 calories + 30 mins walked outside)
    June 5: 7.2 miles (120 mins treadmill = 865 calories)
    June 6: 4.1 miles (75 mins treadmill = 489 calories)

    I am back after 3 days gap
    June 10 : 7.1 miles (75 mins treadmill, 555 calories + 30 mins cycling)

    Remaining: 54.6 miles
