    9th June: Sunday took rest and relaxed.

    10th June :Did 40 mins cycling in the morning today and 1 mile walk while coming to office. SO total 5 miles for today.

    I am loving cycling these days. I was using my cycle for my graduation even till 2004. Now i am using this stationary cycle. And i am sweating like anything. Good exercise for my legs.

    My updates,

    June 1 - 5 miles (2 hrs medium and fast pace walk in mall)
    June 2 - 2 mile brisk walk and 3 mile eliptical.
    June 3 - 30 mins eliptical (8.8 km 255 kcals), evening eliptical 27 mins(8.1 km 230 kcals) - 10 miles
    June 4 - 12+20 mins eliptical(3.3+5.8 km) - 5 miles & brisk walk 40 mins outside - 2.5 mile.
    June 5 - 30 mins eliptical 9 km & brisk walk 35 mins...5+2= 7
    June 6 - Nil
    June 7 - 45 mins eliptical - 5.5 mile
    June 8 - nil
    June 9 - 30 mins eliptical & brisk walk...5+2 = 7
