    I do 2 or 3 miles in morning , 3 miles in evening ....I walk little after lunch and dinner which is my pedometer reading

    I am at home so trying to use my time for workout... I have not seen any weight loss for long , in fact have gained 3kg ....I want to see at least 1kg gone this month
