    Hey, superb to start the thread with my fav 7 cup burfi.

    I plan to start from this sunday. i am plng to prepare besan laddoo, gulab jamoon, badusha. after seeing ur post i included 7 cup burfi also. Soon i will upload the pictures.

    wow,thanks for the mouthwatering sweets.You can type 7 cups in google search and you would get the recipe.Forgot the recipe,otherwise would have posted here.

    I am posting the recipe
    1 cup besan
    1 cup milk
    1 cup coconut
    1CUP GHEE
    3 cups sugar.
    Mix all the ingredients.Heat ghee add the mixture,going on stirring it till it leaves the mixture.
    Pour it in a greased plate,cut and serve.

    Wishing all my friends a Very HAppy Diwali.
    Yesterday i prepared corn mixture and Panori.....
    Today with rava ladu, wheat ladu and Mysore pak.....
    Tomorrow with murrukku and gulab jamun....
    Perhaps will be trying out the 7 cup barfi too.......

    planning to make okkarai a speciality of our native place. It tastes like the sweet variation of paruppu usili without vegetables.
