Re: Discuss :- Modular Kitchens Hai Dolly We recently finished our modular kitchen, we got the material except the gas hob plate tray, oil pull out, everything including the batroom fittings in KALANJIYAM HARDWARES located in paris cornr devaraja mudhali street and the phone number is 25321584 you can get a better rate compared to others in the hardware industry they r the wholesalers, so u get the price quote from 2 to 3 stores and decide which is the best cheers lakshmi

The details of our kitchen as follows 1.material is mdf 2. modular kitchen accessories we bought it from Kalanjiyam hardwares at parrys corner brand is glitter, we bargained too and he reduced from the total 3. Kitchen is around 300sqft 4.price per sqft is 625-650RS for waterproof and the normal material is used 5. Chimney and a 4 hob cost around 19k and 14k , bought it from nanganallur. 6.First photo is the crockery which is in the dining hall, we used the accessories like plate tray, cutlery and cup and saucer tray 7. kitchen accessories cost around 30k Contract includes the mdf and the labour only We gave the keys with our stuffs inside and did a neat work and they hand over the block in the stipulated period. We finshed theh work by sep 2009 I hope this information will help for those who going to do the modular kitchen Thanks and regards Lakari
