Re: review needed on Unihomes -vandalur Prabha, i have been to this place on the way to kandigai. and believe me it is so interior that it will definitely take more than unitech project to bring life to this place. rental value, i am not sure at all right now. if you are buying land than there is more potential when the kelambakkam/omr/ecr flyover is completed.

Lancor properties has promoted this project. the project has come out well for the phase I. phse 2 has few flats is what i was told. recently phase 3 was launched. the locaiton is after srm college campus. there is a nice road to the project now. but somebody i know has bought is phase i but did not move there as he felt it was too far away from the city. the phase i inaugral offer was i think 2500..what is the phase 3 rate..

If your son is thinking of living there or looking it at the rental income, in the immediate future, i think it will be a disappointment. however with the estancia project coming up so near, srm group of institutions and also mahindra world city, it is a project worth looking. if he is going to work in mwc then it is a good bet. do visit and ascertain the location. there is a graveyard nearby this location. so do accordingly.

Especially for people outside the country who may not have an opportunity to do the analysis in person. Next, coming to my question. Would it be a good idea to invest money on Land around SP Koil . 4 kms from SP Koil Railway Station. I got to know of a couple of plots, some are approved and some just have patta. They quote a price anywhere between 9 - 12 lakhs. This is for an investment. Would it be a better idea to buy it closer to the Railway Station/GST but the pricing is more than double. And is this a good location. Please throw in your thoughts. -Vibrant
