On a steady journey in search of buying a good community home within a budget of 80lakhs all inclusive,

I came across a gated community villa projects by Darshan Foundation called kalpavriksham. Near PSBB Millenieum school.
can anyone tell me how is the area . Water facilities, stagnations, sewage problem etc.

is it worth buying there.
