I think you should go for the exams and try for the baby at the same time.

Just because you think about having a baby doesn't mean you will fall pregnant immediately.. it takes some time for some people a few months is normal. So dont worry about delivery and morning sickness now. Go with the flow. What if you put a hold on the exams and it takes you long conceive / you go for the exams and it becomes too late and you have a hard time conceiving if you wait another 2 years.

Some people dont even get that sick in the beginning of pregnancy.

I am hopefully going to finish CPA exams in June and I am 4 months pregnant now.
