    Really am tired of thinking new breakfast daily:spin, pls give me some innovative breakfast ideas:idea suggest some useful n healthy breakfast

    You can prepare
    stuffed parotas with wheat floor having methi,onion,grated carrot, palak, radish ...go on whatever you want to try

    if u r using rice floor ..you can make Rotti (boiled water mix with rice floor and make small balls) here also you can add methi,onion, ..........

    iddiyappam ( rice sevai) ...
    lot are available ....

    Method to prepare Green gram dhall dosa

    One cup idly rice
    1/2 cup green gram dhall
    soak both of them together for 2 to 4 hours

    Grind the above in mixy with 10 small onions, 10 red chilly, 1 spoon cumin seeds. Grind it to dosa batter consistency. Make dosa no need to fermantate the batter.

    experiment with oats, you could make oats idli, dosa, chapathi, uthappam, pongal, bisibelebath etc..

    You can also prepare broken wheat in the method of preparing briyani and serve it with raitha as side dish

    Here is a list of different breakfast items
    1. Dosa/masala dosa/mysore masala dosa
    2. Pesarattu (moong dal dosa)
    3.Upma (plain/veg)
    4.Tomato upma
    5.Idli
    6.vada
    7.Pongal
    8.Paniyaram (made with left over idli/dosa batter)
    9.Pulihora (tamarind/mango/lemon)
    10.Bread/chapathi with omlette (omlettes can be made in different way like plain/cheese/veg/non veg)
    11.Different kathi rolls made with chapathi, omlette & any left over curry.
    12.Sandwiches made with left over curry.
    13.Mysore bonda
    14.Aloo parata or veggie parata
    15.Poori with any curry.
    16.Rava dosa (MTR mix is good)
    17.Mtr rava idli (using the instant mix) comes out really good.
    18. Cereal with milk/Pancakes/French crepes/begals.

    Also, an inclusion of a generous amount of fruits along with any breakfast makes it healthy.
