Diet Plan For Weight Loss

    I usually see the recipes in youtube. It is made out of tuvar dal.I am basically a tamilian and I just go with any gujarati recipe shown in youtube.It is very delicious.

    Anika I felt very light and happy yesterday.I am not able to do 7-8 meals, doing only 6 meals,is that ok? The tawa chicken and tawa Pakoras were tasty and satiating.I am thinking of purchasing an air fryer. Is it healthy to use?

    I have not used an air fryer.I usually fry in fresh oil and never reuse it.I also eat fried food in limitation once in a while.That way you won’t over eat if it is cooked the way it is supposed to be.

    Even I thought of purchasing a air fryer but what usually happens is..we think since it is healthier we also tend to eat more than it is needed.

    Cook food the way it is intended,enjoy it with portion control.It is emotionally satisfying also:)
