    You can have protein with breakfast which is not a problem.Portion control is important.Just remember to eat until you are 90 percent full and then stop.Eat mindfully without talking,tv or other distractions.Only then will you know when you feel full and then you Will stop.Else one will eat mindlessly and overeat.

    Yes sure thank you so much for your support. I very much appreciate it. I heard toor dal is hard digest compared to moong dal. For toor dal to digest we need to add little ghee while making sambar,dal. Is this true ?

    True..ghee is very good for the body.
    Always soak dals for long time and cook.

    I sat cross legged and felt more hungry than before. Why is there a need to soak the dal when pressure cooking can be done ?
