1.Whatever we take should not have too much of sweets. 2.Do not take much of milk and milk products. 3.Take plenty of bitter and spicy items in your diet. 4.Take plenty of butter milk. 5.Take milk along with turmeric powder ,panakarakandu and pepper powder in the night. 6.Take less water filled vegetables like pumpkin,snake gourd,cucumber. 7.Add pepper powder to your food . 8.Avoid taking greens ,green gram in the night.
