    Hi,
My DD is 2 years old. She weighs only 10 kgs and her height is 80 cms. Is it enough for her age. She was breastfed till 2 days back. And I started her on cows milk mixed with a little Junior Horlicks.

    Breakfast 9 a.m :- Dosa/ Idly/ Puttu / Chapathi [whatever we have] and Milk

    11.30 a.m
:- A little bit rice kanji.

Lunch 2 p.m :- Rice with veg, fish, pulses, curd/butter.

5 p.m :- Milk with Rusks/Biscuits,or Oats, or if she asks for what was left in breakfast.

Dinner 9.30 p.m:- Same as Lunch and Milk right before sleeping. [This is because she was used to breastfeeding until she fell asleep till 2 days ago]

She has Fruits like mango, oranges, watermelons, etc in between as snacks.

She has an afternoon nap from about 2.30/3 p.m to 4.30/5 p.m.
    And she sleeps from 10/10.30 p.m to 7.30/8 a.m.

She eats pretty well ,I think. But she isn't gaining weight. I could count her ribs. She is a very active child; talks a lot, plays around.
Am I worrying unnecessarily? Or is 10 kgs weight at 2 years old a bad sign? Is our routine alright?
Please reply and correct me ...
    Thanks in advance

Yes! You are worrying needlessly. You are doing everything right. I see protein, dairy, fruits, veggies and everything a child needs for healthy growth. You are on right track.

You are right about her food.. Same goes with my Dd, I can almost see her ribs.. But at the end of the day, a happy healthy toddler is what counts..

Your diet looks great. My DD is also almost same 80cms and around 10kgs. Though doctor has told us its better if she is 11-12kgs by 2years (she is 22months now). But if she is active ,eats well and not underweight then that makes me happy.

You are doing good.I don't even give this variety of good.My 22months old son is 11.5kg but on taller side 86cm..If you are too worried include ghee in your menu and whole milk..In my opinion weight and height depends on parents body nature .Since she is eating well I think it just her body nature not to gain too much.
