living abroad..friendships need to be built on effort and even then there will be the feeling of loneliness..

Did return to India alleviate the loneliness?

Was it really worth going back to our country for good?

Trust me if you have a choice you should move to India..

    Not if
    1) You have issues with your Inlaws
    2) can't adjust to the dirt/dust
    3) u hate traffic and wana get to places in no time.
    4) u have conflicts with relatives
    5) u sit in India and crib about the life u had in the US

    Regards
    Sreena

If you are confident that you can move back to India and live the same life happily, then thats the best choice. In my case, I prefer some privacy at least for sometime. So I prefer being here. I have made friends with myself so this does nt really bother me.

The standard of living might not be that great but relatives, family and friends make India worth it I guess.
