    Honey water
    Veg Upma
    Carrot celery juice
    Red Rice+Sambar+beet
    Fig+Dates+DryGrapes
    Same as lunch (Very little quantity)
    Yoga - 20min
    Walk - 1Hr

    Jan 1,2021 my weight like 105 kilo.
    For to get this result ,I need to put effort.

    I want to follow healthy eating and workout routine without fail. All the best for your goal. You can do it.
    18 more days to 2021. Lets do it together.!

    I am doing yoga for 20 min in the morning and walking in the evening for 45 minutes.
