    Lost .5 kilo in 10 days.
    Had sweets also in those 10 days.
    Need to ignore sweets.

    Hello Alyssum... Good going... Just wanna help you out with few quick tips too..
    1. Avoid Diary products, sugar completely. You can replace sugar with honey or jaggery
    2. Avoid biscuits and bakery products.
    3. Have only fruits as a breakfast and limit rice for 1 cup and add more veggies to your lunch.
    4. Have a simple dinner like 3 idlies with lot of sambar, 2 rotis with lot of curry etc. between 7:30 to 8 pm.
    You will notice the drastic change in your weight without walking or exercise. Limit walking for 2 kms.
