Hello, Trying to incorporate more dark green leafy veggies in my diet now via curries. I feel this will also help me in my weight loss. Want to reduce the starchy vegetables as much as possible. Anyways, while growing up I never liked green leafy veggies and wasn't as common at my home. Only green leafy vegetables I have had so far in curries is: - Amaranth (difficult to find in US, let me know if you know where can I buy them. Small Indian grocery stores don't carry it.. Only place I found it was at a big Indian grocery store which is an hour away from my place.) - Palak in Palak Paneer or Aloo palak. - Methi in Aloo Methi or Besan Methi Please share ideas of more green leafy veggies curry.
