Very serious and important discussion going on. Me alo want to be a part of this discussion. Its a very serious issue to get dark circles areound eyes. It eliminates freshness from one's face. Special care should be taken to get rid of these dark circles. I want to share some easy to use tips to get rid of this problem.
Dip your fingers in coconut oil and rub your fingers around your eyes for 5 minutes. Keep practicing on regular basis.
Take one tablespoon milk and 3-4 drops of rose water in it. Dip a cotton piece in this solution and place it on your eyes for sometime.
Take proper sleep time and diet.
Surely without sugar, you can also use wet used tea bags as eye packs to cure dark circles.
this is my grand mother remedy: cut 2 slices of potatoes and apply on your eyes, wait , at least 10 minutes and then remove. If you can stay on the bed with your legs up, this helps to to refresh blood circulation
Dark eye circles can be effectively diminished somewhat with home remedies. These remedies can be even more effective when combined with products for dark circles. By themselves, home remedies will not be as effective as the latest products developed by scientists and dermatologists - but they're way better than leaving the house when you look like you've gone twelve rounds in a boxing ring.

Dark circles are also a result of unhealthy lifestyle. A healthy diet for dark circles which is full of nutrients is the most essential thing in this case. If the body does not receive its daily intake of nutrients, it may create such problems and maybe worse in the future.
Some of the essential nutrients can be found in:
1) Fresh Fruits and vegetables
2) Green leafy vegetables
3) Cereal crops such as oats, barley, wheat and millets. 4) Fresh juices of fruits and vegetables.
A breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should be consumed before starting any kind of work.:thumbsup Eat right, live right and you'll have no dark circles at all...avoid stressful thoughts too, be happy :rotfl
