    I am in .. I will add this flat ab workout for 3 days a week to my gym routine

    Aim is to lose inches from tummy ..20th oct is the target date

    How r u doing ? We meat in SWC thread last time ..... After that i stopped workouts due to office work. These days i didn't loose or gain weight.

    My goal is to reduce inches from my tummy area.
