I had milk intolerance for years,so when I moved to US after marriage,i researched a bit and switched to soy milk.You even get soy yogurt,which tastes no different than normal yogurt.you can try that.Also,you have many more options in US for supplements,I suggest you go to your local health food store where you will be assisted by people from the shop who can guide you on which products are diary free..hope this helps.
