    Her target is very much achievable. 3kgs a month isn't too much for someone who has 21kgs to lose. In later months, when weight loss slows down she will know to revise it and keep going.

    Hi Friends....I couldn't able to update here day to day my calories....:(
    I reduced my weight 12 kgs in just 2 and half month(10 weeks only ) in 2014..when I used to stay in USA daily I did 1500 to 2000 cals everyday..but I couldn't do even 500 cals also...right now am in Hyderabad...it's very hard to go gym more than 1 time...am really sorry gals...may be I cannot reach my target also..feeling same as I did n't reach my target..now am planning to buy treadmill...definitely I will reach my goal very soon....If we strongly fix our targets definitely we can reach our goals...thank u..see u soon...:)
