Day 18 I am not regular to update here but miraculously i am very much regular in meditation since i joined here. I want daily meditation to become my daily routine rather than a forced choice. Feeling energetic and stress free
Day: 61 of 100 (Thursday) Date: September 30, 2021 Time: 6:39 a.m. to 6:50 a.m. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: Very calm mind during the meditation. The task of watching the breathing must be an enjoyable experience for my mind and it kept itself in good mood. Time elapsed very quickly. I felt a complete slience of the mind during the meditation.
Day: 62 of 100 (Friday) Date: October 1, 2021 Time: 6:42 a.m. to 6:53 a.m. Duration: 11 minutes Experience: Chapter 9 of Bhagavad Gita that we go through as a group every Thursday evening has a profound impact in my mind. When I wake up Friday mornings, I feel spiritually elevated. I experienced only good thoughts in my mind. I wish I can find a way to keep my mind in that state throughout the day. It is left arm pain after the booster shot taken yesterday that brought me back to grinding world consciousness.

Day: 63 of 100 Date: October 3, 2021 Time: 7:07 a.m. to 7:23 a.m. Duration: 16 minutes Experience: Woke up with a wonderful spiritual thought and it carried into the meditation session. Mind was tranquil and experienced a great sense of joy. 4 breathing cycles a minute. I didn't feel the time during the meditation. The focus of the meditation this month is self-love.
Day: 64 of 100 (Monday) Date: October 4, 2021 Time: 6:12 a.m. to 6:21 a.m. Duration: 9 minutes Experience: Very conscious of time as I have to drive long distance today. But I was able to calm my mind towards the end of the session with my meditation instead of thinking about the meeting today. This habit is becoming invaluable to me.
Day 62,63,64,65 - I had taken a break from meditation. Day 66 : Date : 05-10-2021 Duration : 10mins Experience : it was difficult to concentrate after a break.. Takes so much time to be back on track if there's a break. Lol my mind was singing songs. Literally monkey dancing mind.
Day: 65 of 100 (Tuesday) Date: October 5, 2021 Time: 6:47 a.m. to 6:59 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Pleasant feeling in the mind throughout the meditation. I wasn't sure whether it was because of a successful meeting yesterday on my trip. I set up a wake up call at 6:30 a.m. with bird's tweeting but forgot to stop the alarm. That alarm gave an excellent background with birds tweeting throughout my meditation. With relaxed mind, I didn't feel the time.
Day: 66 of 100 (Wednesday) Date: October 6, 2021 Time: 6:59 a.m. to 7:11 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Excellent meditation session today. The mind remained calm and peaceful most of the time. It looks like the training helps the mind to discipline itself as a volunteer as opposed to forcing it. The mind itself is looking forward to the meditation everyday. It is a time dedicated to look after itself.
