Day: 45 of 100 (Tuesday) Date: Septmber 14, 2021 Time: 7:21 a.m. to 7:33 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: I was late waking up this morning and slept for a long time. But instead of rushing to do my work, I sat down for meditation first as the effect of the meditation is enjoyable and positive. Rhythemic breathing cycle and the mind focused on the theme of equanimity. I noticed that my mind is conscious about not to get agitated throughout the day even if disturbing events happen because of this meditation. Blank mind is like pressing a refresh button and gives the same level of enjoyment and happiness like a child. It is hard to describe it.
