Day: 36 of 100 (Sunday) Date: September 5, 2021 Time: 6:29 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. Duration: 16 minutes Experience: Mind was tranquil during meditation probably because all day spiritual retreat I attended virtually on Saturday. The acceptance meditation I conducted last month helped me not to get agitated on things that I don't control. I am focusing this month to remain calm during pleasure and pain. Breathing cycle was stable. Very few thoughts appeared and disappeared quickly. At least for a few minutes, my mind was blank with zero thoughts.

But I have been keeping aside time for meditation. Day 37 : Date : 06-09-2021 Duration : 10 mins Experience : last time I posted how I was falling asleep while meditating. But changing position (Gauri's advice) has helped me. Instead of being very cosy on the bed or sofa or bean bag I decided to sit on the floor in Padmasana and do my daily meditation and it's helping me stay alert and calm.

It shows how much mind gets affected by the problems and resolutions we encounter and resolve respectively. Equanimity is my focus for which I need to understand how the mind reacts to problems and resolutions.
