    Experience: Mind was tranquil during meditation probably because all day spiritual retreat I attended virtually on Saturday. The acceptance meditation I conducted last month helped me not to get agitated on things that I don't control. I am focusing this month to remain calm during pleasure and pain. Breathing cycle was stable. Very few thoughts appeared and disappeared quickly. At least for a few minutes, my mind was blank with zero thoughts.

    Experience : I have been absolutely busy and not getting time to come back here and update. But I have been keeping aside time for meditation.

    Experience : last time I posted how I was falling asleep while meditating. But changing position (Gauri's advice) has helped me. Instead of being very cosy on the bed or sofa or bean bag I decided to sit on the floor in Padmasana and do my daily meditation and it's helping me stay alert and calm.

    Experience: Very tranquil mind probably due to some major issue I resoved on Sunday. It shows how much mind gets affected by the problems and resolutions we encounter and resolve respectively. Equanimity is my focus for which I need to understand how the mind reacts to problems and resolutions.

    Experience: Focused on equanimity but the dream I had experienced just before waking up dominated my mind. But after sometime, thought about the dream disappeared and the mind focused on how to remain calm.
