Day 28,29,30,31 Date: Aug 27 - August 31 st I have meditated on 28th but missed updating. But the past 3 days I did skip. Well something which kept coming up(festival etc) and I could not dedicated time. . anyway new month new beginning. I hope I can remain dedicated . Day 32 : Date: September 1st 2021 Duration : 10 mins Time 4:30 -4 40 pm. Experience : ever since I started using calm app for meditation I am finding that I an falling asleep while meditating. Initially I thought it's with the timings. But no matter what time of the day I sit this is happening. I go with the flow and be the instructions I hear in the app.I stopped keeping timer since I started using this app. So I realise after starting I am not having any thoughts. After 15 20 mins I realise I'm asleep. Is this practice okay?

Day:Thursday (33 of 100) Date: August 2, 2021 Time: 6:34 a.m. to 6:52 a.m. Duration: 18 minutes Experience: Continued mental chanting of Gayatri Mantra during meditation. What a delightful experience it is! Mind didn't move away from that mental chanting even once during the entire 18 minutes. This session was extremely soothing and brought great peace of mind. The energy after the meditation session was enjoyable. Rhythemic breathing cycle during the session.
Day: Friday (34 of 100) Date: September 3, 2021 Time: 7:14 a.m. to 7:26 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: The mind didn't recognize time elapsed. Calmer and quiter mind today. Inhalation and exhalation are rhythemic. There were some thoughts and I became an observer of them distancing myself from them. A very enjoyable session. I was trying to see whether the mind remains calm without the chant. The last 5 minutes, I chanted Gayatri Mantra to keep it focused.

Day: 35 of 100 (Saturday) Date: September 4, 2021 Time: 7:32 a.m. to 7:44 a.m. Duration: 12 minutes Experience: Having settled the breathing cycle to the routine quickly, I was focused on my mind being quieter despite all that crossed my mind the previous days. It is a struggle but I realized with more effort, I could achive this. The number of thoughts are lesser and lesser now. Progress is made one step at a time, I guess. I felt fresh after the meditation.
