It is very good that your getting sona masoori rice in your place... Here in our places it is been stopped.

You can try basmati rice as many of us cooking with it. You can also check our previous discussion in our IL's ladies about this.

you can try long grain polished rice from sams club.It is 14$ for 20 pounds and its a very good substitute for sona masoori rice.
