    Again Kirti here.Below is the link for 10 yogasans for weightloss.But try pranayam first then yogasans.Join me everyday weight loss yoga.Ramdev recommends u have to do 5 to 50 times 1 aasana according to how fatty u are.Both pranayan & this yogasana enough for weight loss .If u find time walk for 20 to 30 min at fast speed.     Thanks for this wonderful link. I've started practicing them and it has created an interest in me for Yoga.
