    Hi huma,

I separate the curry leaves from its stem and put it in a box. And I place a tissue paper on the top. It absorbs the moisture and keeps it fresh for atleast a week.
I replace the paper if it seems wet after a couple of days.

Even if you have it in the plastic bag...wrap the leaves with a tissue paper or aluminium foil. It helps.

I am not aware of face masks .

You can take a glass or flower pot of water and put the curry leaves with stem touching the water (like flowers arranged in flower pot) it will be green for ever. if required u can change the water. even for greens (keeray) u can follow the same.

Implement and give us feed back

    Hi Huma,
I wash it with the stems on and then I remove their leaves and dry them with a kitchen towel. After that, I lay it on a big glass oven proof plate, drizzle some oil, and rub the oil on so it nearly coats most of the leaves. I then put it in the microwave for a couple of minutes. They become sort of dry and crisp. Leave them out on the counter until they cool down and then store them in an air tight container in the freezer. I use them for months.
