    Very different recipe burger from idli, and the presentation is very good all the best.

    Thank u shameel. try it out. Its easy to prepare. u may too grill the burger in sandwich grill or oven i forgot to mention these.

    Hi ILites,

    Happy Culinarians Day!!!

    This is my first entry for a contest in IL and selected a Salsa category. I'm passionate about colorful and variety foods, which make me try new recipes, hope everyone likes it.

    I'm sharing an Egg Salsa recipe that is a big hit in my family and my parties. A different way to make eggs intresting with freshly prepared spicy and tangy salsa. This Egg Salsa can be a nice appetizer or an evening snack. This protein packed recipe is quick and very easy to prepare, even kids love it!

    Ingredients:

    Eggs - 4

    Red Onion - 1/4

    Green Onion - 2

    Tomato - 1

    Green Chillies - 2

    Lemon Juice - 1 tsp

    Coriander - 6 sprigs

    Chaat Masala - 1/2 tsp

    Salt - 1/4 tsp

    Red Chillie Powder - 1/4 tsp

    Method:

    Boil the eggs in water for 20 mins in med flame. Peel the outer skin of the egg and cut each egg into 4 quarters. In a bowl, add finely chopped red onion, tomato, green onion, green chillies, coriander, lemon juice and mix along with chaat masala, salt, red chillie powder. Toss all the ingredients and layer the salsa on each egg quarter and serve them with any juice.

    This freshly prepared Salsa can also be served with tortilla chips. Enjoy!!!
