    Hi
We are planning a cruise to the bahamas (Key west, Nassau, coco cay, Miami) I want to know if we need a visa. We are in H1 (Expired), EAD and AP status ?

The cruise website states this on their home page.

A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED FOR U.S. CITIZENS AGED 16 AND ABOVE TO TRAVEL TO OR FROM THE BAHAMAS WITH DISCOVERY. PERMANENT ALIEN RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. MUST PRESENT A VALID ALIEN REGISTRATION CARD (GREEN CARD) FOR TRAVEL.

If you are planning entering the island and don't have a US citizenship or not a permanent resident then you need a visa. IMHO, its better to call up the Embassy of Bahamas and get the authentic details from them.
