    Hi All,

I am planning to buy a cross trainer (brankd: kettler).
I want to know if thats a suitable machine.

Please share your views on cross trainers and suggest if there is a better exercise machine.

    Regards,
    Rajam

Cross trainers are a low impact way to tone your upper body and your legs at the same time, while flexing your stomach and sides with gentle twisting movements. The all-over workout burns calories more effectively than exercising arms and legs only, making cross trainers an ideal way to lose weight.

    Hi,

A cross trainer is a far better choice than a treadmill. The movement is like jogging and it works out the legs and the arms. I have a cross trainer at home and it is amazing.

    Hope this helps.

    regards

    Hi,

Thank you all for the response.

Any suggestions to tone down the upper arm muscles.
Mine is very disproportionate with rest of the body :bowdown

    Regards,
    Rajam

Start using dumbbells. On youtube search for some upper arm exercises and do them religiously, the flab will start toning up.
