    Had a rough time all these days. I want to get back.

    Actually I'm so tired and stress in myself.
    I didn't sleep properly.
    I don't know why I think lot.

    This month I'm challenged to reduce 5kilos.(myself)
    But I did not take any proper step.
    Something is lack.

    I have to think to lose my weight.
    But still lethargic doing...
    I have to concentrate and do it.

    I have 24 days in my hand to beat the challenge.
    Sure I update my weight.
    Really, You are motivating when see your post consistently.

    Follow my challenges steadily.

    Feeling down sometimes is inevitable. It happens. Though we try not to think too much, sometimes its hard. And also its good in a way to find solutions. Feel it and try to get back to normal.
    As I see you are always doing great at workout and water intake. Keep it up.
