    Water
    Coffee
    Porridge
    Sambar and curd rice with brinjal curry
    Coffee
    Nooi upma with chutney one bowl.

    Water 2 litres

    Challenge
    Walk 30 mins done

    Had sweets today one is jackfruit payasam at lunch time
    And Kesari at dinner

    Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life
