    Again guests visits so got a busy schedule.

    April 28th

    Water
    Coffee
    Chappathi4 with tomato thokku
    Outside meals
    Coffee
    Pizza 2 slices

    Water 3 litres

    Need to concentrate...
    Lets do everyday some challenges goal in May month.

    Positive thought - when my kid do some visamam..I felt angry starts scold...now I change my attitude..
    I'm also start to play with her or just smile and tidy up together. Thats helps to feel good and mind also relax.

    That's really so nice. Yeah we love our kids and we get to feel angry on their naughtiness, we forget just in a second that that is what makes them so cute and beautiful and becomes a memory for us in our oldage. Great Alyssum. I really appreciate that. I am also working on that.

    Hi Alyssum,

    Sorry I couldn't update these days. And my grandmother passed away. She was like a mother for me. Couldn't go to India. But I am happy that she lived a long happy life, in her own terms, left this world in the right time without much complications.

    Also I am in my 6 weeks.

    Planning to have this May as Meaningful May. To discover more meaning in my life, spend time in a meaningful way with some clearing thoughts, meditation, pray God daily and be thankful. To spend good valuable time with my son and baby growing inside me. Do you have any ideas for this month?

    1)whatever works and busy schedule without fail track our everyday menus and physical activity when we have time.

    2)Fix everyday challenge for yourself and feel good

    Yes, lovely game thayam. During our childhood we played thayam, pallankuli,pandy... goes on.
