Could you suggest simple warm up and stretch exercises to do before yoga

    Hi Friends

    I am planning to do 20 mins yoga in mornings 3 times/week. not sure what simple warm up and stretch exercises to do before yoga.

    I love walking. so would 3 minute walk inside the house good for warm up?

    what can I do for stretching before yoga? do I need any stretching or just warm up?

    so wanted to check with you gals to figure out a simple plan for that.

    please tell me your thoughts.

    1. Neck rotation - all sides
    2. Hand & shoulder rotating exercises
    3. Hip and knee rotating exercises
    4. Ankle bending exercises
    5. Sit and stand exercises

    These are the warm up exercises which i do before starting asanas....if you want pic let me try to upload it here....
