Campbell is a famous epidemiologist with daily educational videos. It is also useful for medical students to watch.
denghe fever is a viral infection, but it does not get passed in the air between people, like Covid-19 can apparently do. We need mosquitoes to go between the denghe infected and the potential infectee (?). Campbell's video on the types of infections, and how they spread is quite informative.
Anyhow... we must (all over 50 ) keep safe, and hold out, until a vaccine is developed, and distributed.

• Buy some high alcohol content mouth-wash, like Listerine in Costco or some other drugstore. Check label to make sure of alcohol content.
• Then buy some cheapest Vodka you can get. Vodka is the least smelly alcohol, with a very high %alcohol content. Also very cheap in corn growing regions of USA/Canada
• You can mix equal amount of mouthwash and Vodka together. And put this mix in a pump spray bottle. Use this mixture to wipe off surfaces you want to disinfect. Including toilet seat, door knobs on the outside door, mailbox cover that mailman would have touched etc..

You can put this mixture in a small plastic bottle and keep in your purse. When you want to touch some public-button (like ATM machine) put some on your touching finger before you go and touch that button. Carry tissue with you also. Cepecol, Scope have a little less alcohol than Listerine.

Wash hands with soap and water, on some schedule, like every hour. Your child's hands too. Everytime he comes back into the house.
