HI i too love mushrooms am posting a simple recipe that i make.

    mushrooms in white sauce

    FOR THE WHITE SAUCE
    ingredients

1tbsp white flour or wheat flour
    1tbsp butter
    1 teacup milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese

    method:-
in a vessel on mediaum heat heat the butter, when melted add the flour stir till mixed with butter and add milk make sure there are no lumps, so go on stirring till al the lumps dissolve, then add your salt, pepper and cheese go on stirring till your sauce becomes thick, remove from heat and keep aside.

    VEGETABLES:
    ingredients:-

half red pepper, half yellow pepper adn half green pepper chop in to small pieces
    1 small chopped onions,
    sliced mushrooms
    oil
    garlic paste.
Boiled pasta 1 or 2 cups depending for how many you are making

    Method:-
In a vessel heat oil, then add the onions saute for a few minutes add the capsicums and mushrooms go on stirring then add the garlic go on stirring do not add water as the capsicums and mushrooms produce water so let them cook in their water and stir at intervals as the garlic tends to stick once you feel the mushrooms and capsicums are tender add the white sauce and the pasta just stir it lightly with a wooden spoon and garnish with copped corriander if you like and voile your mushroom dish is ready to eat, you can bake thie dish once ready put in a baking dish and bake on medium heat for 5 mins.

Do try it and let me know, i love making this as my brother loves mushrooms.

    love
    alpa:cheers
