Cooking Manual - pdf files of Recipes from various cookery specialists

We appreciate your intention to share the recipes you know or have come across in other sites to be shared with members in IndusLadies.

As you might have noticed, most of the recipes you are trying to share are already given by some expert resident cooking specialists in IndusLadies (like Chitvish & Krishnaamma - they give their own recipe versions here).

However, if you would still like to share other versions of similar recipes, we would urge you to make sure the following:

1. The original author of the recipes do not have issues in their recipes being replicated here. Otherwise, before posting please take prior permissions by contacting them.
2. Kindly mention the owner of the recipe, from where (the site / magazine name) it has been taken. This is to give credit to the original source.

Note: We have displayed the PDF files you posted taking from Aval Vikatan and also cooking manual of Sanjeev Kapoor's recipes, since they clearly have the recipes author name.
While we have moderated the "Dosas, Khurma, Pickles,Chutneys..." recipes that you had taken from 'Vimalas Kitchen blog'. That blog clearly says one has to take prior permissions before replicating their content.

You may continue to post the PDF files that you have in this thread itself on taking care of the points mentioned above.
