    conclution

We have seminars in naturopathy. At that time we all together cook food in natural way and have grand sthya as detailed in this thread attenting classes also.
If we avoid red chilli[hotness] masalas, white sugar, too much salt, oil, polished rice, maida etc we can maintain good health avoiding toxins.
Navirkku suvai vayathukku kedu this is elders advice.
We should consume more raw vegitables.
CRR varma used to tell that now we eat more cooked rice and less vegitables.
In the place of rice you eat more vegitables reduce the rice and use more raw vegitables.
Eat your night meal before 7 P.M
Give rest to the stomach atleast twice in a month.
Our ancestors took viritham like sasti, ekathasi,Nonbu months in Islam and christianity.
At least we can try to reduce intake of taxins in future.

    Re: conclution

    Dear Seeta maam,

I am cery happy to read your thread and thank you for such detailed receipes. As Sunkan has mentioned, i have seen posts of Bambi as well, who said, Juice od ashgourd, bananastem and carrot in empty stomach will give results for fat reduction. I am sure all the IL ladies know that thats just not the receipe for losing weight. However, if it helps, then how should it be actually made and also how much be the proportion... These questions were asked to the threads, but were not answered. Satya madam did clarify that the banana stem if cut vertically will produce less of the strings..... for the juice.

Since you say you practice naturopathy and have read so mant books, Please throw some light on this matter and help us, God bless,
