Cooking in Naturalway[Pragrithy pajagam]

    Ladies finger Paalcurry

    Ladies finger cut into small pieces 2 cups
    coconut milk 1/2 take two milk
    green chilli deseed and split 2nos
    curry leave
    salt
    coconut oil 1tsp

    Take kadai and pore oil when hot add ladiesfinger pieces.saute well.When half cooked add green chilli,IInd coconut milk and cook well.Remove from fire.Add Ist milk and salt curry leave.

    Tomato curry

    tomato 1/4 kg
    green chilli deseeded 3
    fenugreek powder 1/4 tsp
    curry leave
    coconut grated 1 cup
    coriander 1tbs
    turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
    coconut oil 1 tsp

    roast the coriander seeds.Grind togather coconut,greenchilli,fenugreek powder,turmaric powder,coriander seeds.Cut tomato into small pieces.cook the tomato pieces in one cup of water.When cooked smash with the back of laddle and add masala.Boil and add coconut oil. Remove from fire.Enjoy with rice

    Happy to see your reply and information.I am also practiceing naturopathy.But whenever I go out of house I could not continue it.Any way I am a naturopathy follower.I read many books of Sri.Lakshmana sarma and his diciples.
    It is difficult to make understand people that the method now we are following in cooking is tasty to consume but harmful for health.Any way I am trying to post the good things I know for all ILs.

    Green gram sprout and amaranthus [keerai] thoran

    Soak the green gram and tied it for 24 hours.the spouted green gram is ready.
    Cut keerai into pieces including tender stem.
    deseeded green chilli 1,coconut grated 1/4 cup,jeera 1 tsp grind coursely.

    cook the green gram sprout.When 1/4 cooked add keerai and cook well.Add grounded coconut masala,salt and one teaspoon coconut oil mix well.

    I have a question. Why do we use deseeded green chillies? Just curious. I am trying to follow simple and healthy cooking procedures.

    Ash guard and nenthirankai pieces 2 cup
    grated coconut 1coconut
    jeera 2 tsp
    fenugreek powder 1 tsp
    curd not sour 4 cup
    green chilli deseeded 4
    turmaric powder
    salt
    curry leave

    Beat the curd.Grind coconut grated chilli,jeera.Mix the ground masala,turmaric powder and salt.Cook the vegitable pieces.Add the curd mixer.Just heat the mixer.d'nt boil.Add curry leave.

    carrat 1
    potato 2
    coliflower
    cabbage
    peans ,green peas whichever vegi available may used.
    wheat flour 2 cup
    coconut grated 1/2 cup
    jeera 1tsp
    curry leave,salt.
    Boil 2 cup water add salt and all increadians.Mix well.When it become a dough remove from fire.Make kozhukkais and steam cook them

    Variation:in the place of wheat flour.rice flour,rice rave,nice wheat rava may also be used.Healthy nutirous morning tiffin without oil.

    green gram sprout thosai

    sprouted green gram 2 cup
    coconut grated 1/2
    raw rice or wheat powder 2 tsp
    green chilli deseeded 2
    ginger,curry leave salt

    grind the sprouted greengram coconut, raw rice,ginger,curry leave.
    make dosai in hot thava

    The seeds are the storing place of hotness in chilli.Hotness is not good for stomuch.So in naturopathy deseeding is essential.
