Connection refusal for viewing 'My stuff'

Hi

I get this bulletin message when i try to view my posts

connection to localhost:9312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

I can view the everything other than my stuff, what would be the reason, pls help.

hope the prob is resolved at the earliest,
