Thanks ya, I am suffering from over weight and I am trying to reduce it for the past 6 months and I am reducing slowly… That is why I want to share my experience with other ladies who are suffering with same problem. First I thought that I am the only person struggling like this. And I saw many of us are struggling like this and since then I want to share my experiences which may help others also.

You gave me a very good opportunity to do something for others, by sitting in the house. Generally I will not go out of my house and more over for the past 3 years I am suffering with back pain. And because of that I started browsing internet and it helped me a lot. I came in to IL which I feel happy while staying. And it is occupying my time. Because before posting I am doing some ‘home works’ on it.

IL gave me many friends across the global. All of them are so good and nice friends. They helped me through there valuable feed backs. Really it is a wonderful experience, which you gave me through your site. Once again Thanks Malathy for giving me this opportunity. :yes:
